Three Donkeys will happily exchange or offer store credit as long as the items are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, free of damages and with their original tags and packaging.
The exchange is to be within 14 days of purchase.
A refund will only be accepted if the item is proven to be damaged in transit by the courier. In this instance you must notify us within 24 hours. We will then send you a replacement. If your item is out of stock we will offer a store credit or refund.
Any Freight costs associated with an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer
